Terms of Service

Effective date: April 27, 2026

At a glance

  • For personal use, on your own PC. Intended for testing on games, software, or platforms you own, operate, or are authorised to test. One license per person, no resale, no sharing the key.
  • You're responsible for game terms. Running an HWID spoofer may violate a specific game's ToS — that decision is yours.
  • Trademarks belong to their owners. Game titles, publishers, and anti-cheat names on this site are referenced for informational and search-discovery purposes only — no partnership or endorsement is implied.
  • Either side can walk away. You can stop using the Service at any time; we can suspend access for misuse.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TraceX HWID Spoofer website, the TraceX HWID Spoofer software download, and any related services (together, the “Service”), provided by the operator of TraceX HWID Spoofer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting your email address, downloading the software, activating a license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 · Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

02 · The Service

TraceX HWID Spoofer is a free, permanent HWID (Hardware ID) spoofer. The software, when run on your own personal computer, rewrites hardware identifiers exposed by your operating system — including motherboard serial, disk serials, MAC addresses, registry MachineGUID, and similar — so that anti-cheat systems and other software see new values. The change is intended to be permanent at the system level: you run the tool once, then delete it. The Service does not include a daemon, background process, or continuous client running on your machine after setup.

The Service is intended for personal use on a computer you own, and for testing on games, software, or platforms you own, operate, or are otherwise authorised to test. It is also made available so that developers, publishers, and security researchers can evaluate how their own anti-cheat or hardware-fingerprinting systems respond to a hardware-identifier rewrite under controlled conditions.

03 · License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the TraceX HWID Spoofer software on a single personal computer that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. The license is delivered electronically by email after you submit a valid email address on our website. The license key uniquely identifies your installation and may not be shared.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting your email or any other identifier required to receive a license, and to keep that address active for as long as you wish to receive license-related communications. We are not obligated to replace a license key that has been lost, deleted, or made inaccessible due to your own actions, although we may do so as a courtesy at our discretion.

04 · Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or otherwise make the software available to any third party;
  • share, publish, or transfer your license key or any account credentials associated with the Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive the source code of, or attempt to discover the underlying ideas or algorithms of the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law that cannot be lawfully waived;
  • modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the software;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or copyright legends that appear in the software, the website, or any associated documentation;
  • use the Service in connection with any malware, exploits, cheats, game hacks, or any tool that gives a competitive advantage in online play;
  • use the Service to infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property rights;
  • use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws, including export-control, sanctions, anti-fraud, and anti-circumvention laws;
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, the website, or its underlying infrastructure (including by sending automated traffic, scraping at scale, or attempting to bypass rate limits or bot protection).

You are responsible for the conduct of any person to whom you grant access to your license key, your panel account, or any device on which the TraceX HWID Spoofer software has been installed or activated. You are also responsible for the actions of any automated agent, script, bot, headless browser, AI agent, or third-party tool you direct, configure, or authorise to interact with the Service on your behalf.

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time, without notice and without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

05 · Game ToS acknowledgement

You acknowledge that running an HWID spoofer may violate the terms of service or end-user license agreement of one or more games, launchers, or anti-cheat systems. You alone are responsible for reviewing and complying with those agreements. We do not encourage or assist with circumventing terms specific to any third-party service. The decision to use TraceX HWID Spoofer with any particular game is yours, and any consequences arising from that decision (including but not limited to account suspensions, account terminations, hardware bans on additional accounts, lost in-game progress, lost in-game purchases, and lost in-game inventory) are yours to bear.

06 · No fee, no refund

The Service is free of charge. We do not collect payment, store payment information, or process refunds. If you submit your email but do not receive your license within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

07 · Affiliate disclosure

We may earn referral fees from third-party services we recommend in transactional emails sent to our users (for example, virtual private network providers). Recommendations are made on the basis of our own assessment, and the existence of a referral relationship does not change the price you pay or the service you receive. This disclosure is included to comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising regulations, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.

08 · Intellectual property

Our rights

The software, the website, all copy, all images, all branding, and all underlying code remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive only the limited license granted in Section 03. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Trademarks & informational references

Game titles, publisher and developer names, anti-cheat product names, and other third-party marks that appear on this website, in our documentation, or in any related communication are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is included strictly for informational, descriptive, or search-discoverability purposes — for example, to help users identify which environments TraceX HWID Spoofer can be tested against, and to allow developers and security researchers to find this software when evaluating it on games, applications, or platforms they own or are authorised to test. References do not imply any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between the operator of TraceX HWID Spoofer and the named third parties, and they do not authorise any use of TraceX HWID Spoofer that would violate the respective owner's terms or applicable law.

09 · DMCA & takedowns

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and to comparable notices under other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act on behalf of, you may send a written notice to [email protected] including all of the following:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on its behalf;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works);
  3. identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other location where it can be accessed through the Service, with sufficient detail to permit us to locate it;
  4. your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

We will respond to complete notices in accordance with the DMCA. We may, at our discretion, remove the allegedly infringing material, terminate the access of repeat infringers, and forward your notice (including your contact details) to the affected user or service. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice can result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Filing a counter-notice

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notice by emailing [email protected] with the following:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the original notifier or its agent.

Repeat-infringer policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the licenses and access of users we determine to be repeat infringers.

10 · Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the software will remain undetected by any particular anti-cheat system, that any particular game account will be unaffected, or that the Service will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Detection status may change at any time.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the operator of TraceX HWID Spoofer, its affiliates, contributors, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or game-account access, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

12 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of TraceX HWID Spoofer and its affiliates, contributors, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or of any third-party right (including any intellectual-property right or terms-of-service of any game or platform), or (d) any content or submission you provide.

13 · Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license, your access to the website, and your ability to receive further communications from us at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Conduct that may result in immediate termination includes, without limitation:

  • sharing, reselling, transferring, or publishing your license key or panel credentials;
  • attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the software;
  • circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, licensing, or rate-limiting mechanism;
  • redistributing the software, the website's code, or any associated assets, in whole or in part, in any form;
  • using our name, branding, or marks without written permission;
  • misrepresenting your eligibility (including age or geographic location) when submitting your email or otherwise interacting with the Service;
  • using the Service in a way that is reasonably likely to cause harm to other users, the Service, or the operator.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 05, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, and 19) will survive.

14 · Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or via a banner on the website).

16 · Export controls

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or person subject to U.S., EU, UK, or UN sanctions, and that you will not use the Service in violation of any applicable export-control or sanctions law.

17 · Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service will be governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of operation of the operator of TraceX HWID Spoofer, excluding any conflict-of-laws rules that would apply the law of a different jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18 · Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19 · Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents they incorporate by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of TraceX HWID Spoofer concerning the Service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the subject.

20 · Contact
